Dr. Ring received his undergraduate degree at UCLA and graduated form Vanderbilt Medical School in 1982. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Arizona followed by an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Boston University in 1989. Dr. Ring has practiced in Spokane since 1990 with the exception of one year spent teaching at the University of Connecticut in 2005. He is a past president of the Spokane County Medical Society and currently serves as Medical Director of the Cardiac Services Line and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dr. Ring is board certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. His clinical interests include interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular disease.
